After-Hours Emergency appointments and Treatment

Payment:
Payment is required at the time of treatment. Lightsview Dental is NOT a bulk billing practice.

Callout Fee:

Emergency Appointments made after 5pm, Sunday’s or on public holidays may incur a After Hour Callout fee.

Treatment Fee:
Treatment fees will vary according to the level of treatment provided.

Specific treatment costs cannot be quoted prior to a clinical assessment being performed.

A generalised guide to treatment costs is approximately $150 – $250 plus.

For complex problems or major trauma to multiple teeth, costs will obviously be greater.

Your Dentist will discuss fees and options with you prior to the commencement of any treatment so you are fully informed and can decide what is best for you.

Payment Types

We accept the following types of payment:

• EFTPOS
• HiCAPS ( for health fund rebate)
• Cash
• Department of Veterans Affairs Gold
• Card Holders are Bulk Billed
• Child Dental Benefits Scheme is Bulk Billed
• Health Fund rebates apply to emergency dental services, and will vary according to your chosen level of cover. For specific information please consult your health fund.
